Returns Policy
Most of the products in our shop are made-to-order using a Print-on-Demand (POD) process. This means your item is specially produced once your order is placed. As a result, we do not maintain a returns infrastructure and cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size or change of mind.
Exception: Returns are only possible if the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery. If this is the case, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and a detailed description of the issue.
Note: This policy applies to all products except for limited seasonal special edition drops, which may have separate return conditions outlined in the product description.
